Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking an experienced Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online and telephone communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services - Respond to customer emails and online chat messages in a timely and professional manner - Use persuasive communication skills to promote our products and services, upsell additional features, and generate sales leads - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as call resolution and customer satisfaction metrics - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
