Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing them with accurate information about products and services. 2. Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of customer service. 6. Using negotiation skills to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
