Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: Monsanto is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary - Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency while handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Proven experience in online customer support or a related role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Experience in the agriculture or biotechnology industry is a plus
