Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Aetna in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven and resourceful. The Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and strong analytical abilities.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with navigating our online platform and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis - Identifying and escalating any potential issues or trends to the appropriate departments - Providing feedback and recommendations for improving the online chat support process
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using online chat support tools and platforms
