Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a talented and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online chat support operations and managing a team of chat support agents. This role requires someone with a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of success in managing online chat support teams.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online chat support agents to ensure exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat support operations and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Train and onboard new chat support agents - Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong strategic planning and creativity skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
