Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a highly experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA on a part-time basis. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online chat support team and ensure high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online chat support process. 3. Train and mentor team members to improve their performance. 4. Monitor and analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate personality traits. 2. Strong creativity and analytical skills. 3. 6+ years of experience in online chat support or a related field. 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 5. Proven track record of success in a managerial role. 6. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
