Job Description:
Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the Online Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online chat support team and ensuring a high level of customer service satisfaction. This part-time position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online chat support team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and improve processes - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve support processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and be resourceful in solving problems - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Experience in project management is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
