Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Avon Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in online customer support management.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of online chat support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently - Monitor online chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance goals - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement best practices in online customer support - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and people management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proven experience in online chat support management - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
