Job Description:
Lennar is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and address any issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat support - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with order processing, returns, and other related tasks - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Utilize strategic planning to efficiently handle multiple customer chats simultaneously - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using online chat support tools and systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication to upholding ethical standards and integrity - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Experience with strategic planning is a plus
