Online Chat Support Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at MGM Resorts International in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online chat inquiries from guests regarding reservations, accommodations, promotions, and general information about our properties - Assist guests with troubleshooting technical issues related to online booking systems and website navigation - Act as a liaison between guests and various departments within the company to ensure prompt resolution of any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with guests - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat support system

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Must be driven to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must
