Job Description:
AutoNation is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are confident in their ability to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
