Medavie is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through online chat services - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Perform analysis and critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
