Norfolk Southern is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Specialist in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through various online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address their concerns and resolve any issues - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot customer issues - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and timely responses - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
