Online Client Relations Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Enterprise Products Partners in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, possess excellent people management skills, and have experience in project management.

Responsibilities: - Assist with maintaining online client relationships through various communication channels - Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses - Support the Client Relations team in coordinating and executing online client events and promotions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in monitoring and analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Update and maintain client databases and records - Provide general administrative support to the Client Relations team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude
