Job Description:

Yum Brands, a leading global company in the food industry, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Assist in the development and implementation of online client relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and analyze online client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless online client experience. - Assist in the planning and execution of online client events and promotions. - Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
