Online Client Relations Assistant

Seaboard is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with existing online clients through various communication channels - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Assist with the development and implementation of online client acquisition strategies - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Conduct negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Generate reports on client interactions and sales metrics

Requirements: - Experience in online client relations or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Creativity in problem-solving and client outreach - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and client satisfaction goals - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
