Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at CH2M Hill in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Entry Level position, the Online Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for supporting our online client relations team in maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Support the client relations team in addressing client feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issues - Maintain accurate client records and update customer databases accordingly - Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and ensure client satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client relations and enhance the overall client experience - Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Resilient and energetic personality traits - 1 year of experience in a related field - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
