Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a motivated and independent Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client communications and inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client queries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support - Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for engaging with clients online - Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics for online client interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent planning and time management skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
