Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

The Canadian National Railway Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain positive relationships. - Utilize innovative strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online client experience. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients.
