Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

BB&T Corp. is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through online channels - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention - Utilize creativity and persuasion to upsell products and services to clients - Monitor client feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client experience - Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and campaigns

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude - Creativity and persuasion skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
