Online Client Relations Associate

Allstate, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations and must possess the personality traits of resourcefulness and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for client engagement - Assist in developing online client engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction - Monitor and track client feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits
