Job Description:
Casey’s General Stores is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our online clients and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries, comments, and concerns through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and timely information - Assist clients with online orders, product information, shipping details, and payment processing - Monitor online client feedback and reviews, escalating any issues to the appropriate department - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote online products and services - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
