Online Client Relations Officer

Progressive is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Managing online client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyzing client feedback and implementing strategies to improve overall client experience - Utilizing technology and digital tools to streamline client interactions and processes - Meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals and key performance indicators

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable in a virtual work environment - Experience in people management and persuasion - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
