Job Description - Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the online client experience - Manage online client accounts and provide personalized support to meet their individual needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to help drive innovation and growth in the online client relations department - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the company


Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits to navigate challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and creativity as soft skills to effectively engage with clients and find innovative solutions to complex problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with online customer relationship management tools - Fluency in English and French is preferred
