Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Irving Oil is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess a strong sense of independence and reliability, along with emotional intelligence and creativity. As an Online Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and assistance to clients regarding products and services - Monitor social media channels and online reviews to address client feedback - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop engaging online content - Assist in the creation of online campaigns and promotions to attract and retain clients - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of emotional intelligence and empathy - Creative problem-solving skills - Proficiency with social media platforms and online communication tools - Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus
