Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Praxair, a leading industrial gas company, is seeking an Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. The Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients in the online space.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Praxair products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and concerns - Monitor and track client feedback and satisfaction levels - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in the development of online marketing and communication strategies

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
