Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Specialist at PNC Financial Services Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients through various online platforms. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are resilient, confident, and possess strong people management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner through online chat, email, or social media platforms - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any negative experiences and maintain a positive online reputation - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and social media platforms - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to adapt to changes and handle challenging situations with professionalism
