Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations and a strong understanding of online customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely and effective communication. 3. Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding Aflac products and services. 4. Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience online. 6. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from clients. 7. Provide recommendations for improving online client relations processes and procedures. 8. Assist in creating and implementing online client outreach strategies.

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in client relations or customer service. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms. 5. Reliable and resourceful with a strong attention to detail. 6. Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 9. Must be able to work in Montreal, Quebec, CA.
