Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

PulteGroup is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be passionate and hardworking, with strong teamwork and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client interactions through various platforms, including email, social media, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist with developing and implementing client relations strategies to drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
