Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Stantec in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality of service and timely responses to client requests - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
