Online Client Service Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and driven Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Commercial Metals in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

As an Online Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence to effectively handle client concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.
