Time Warner is looking for an Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through various online platforms. - Collaborate with the client services team to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Managing and updating client databases and records. - Assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies. - Monitor and respond to client feedback and reviews. - Handle online transactions and payments. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
