Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Assistant in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Assist with online client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Manage client accounts and update information as needed - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address client concerns and issues - Communicate effectively with clients through various online channels - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Complete administrative tasks as necessary to support the team
