As an Online Client Service Associate at Host Hotels & Resorts in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, have strong people management skills, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns via online channels (email, chat, social media) - Provide assistance with online bookings, reservations, and cancellations - Assist customers with troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with our online platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online platforms and applications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
