Online Client Service Associate

Jones Financial is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

The Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various online channels. This includes responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. The ideal candidate will be confident in their communication skills and driven to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities: - Interact with clients through online platforms to provide assistance and support - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates - Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or products that may benefit clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client service role - Confident and driven personality - Strong presentation skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
