Online Client Service Associate

Job Description: Avnet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online communication channels - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner - Assist clients in navigating our online platform and troubleshoot any technical difficulties - Conduct research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain client records and ensure data integrity - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our online services by providing feedback and suggestions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Excellent research skills to gather information and address client inquiries - A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of online platforms - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
