Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Monitor online orders and address any issues that may arise. 4. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads generated through the online platform. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the online client experience. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online client service process and implement solutions. 7. Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong project management and cooperation skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools. 6. Experience in the steel industry is a plus but not required.
