Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


DTE Energy is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships through digital platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a dedicated and reliable individual with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through online communication channels - Provide support and guidance to clients on using our online services effectively - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service management


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Persuasion and problem-solving skills - Dedicated and reliable work ethic
