Job Description:
Alliance Data Systems is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through online platforms to provide support and address any inquiries or concerns. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop online strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improving client services. 5. Utilize creativity to develop engaging content for online platforms to attract and retain clients. 6. Maintain a high level of confidence and reliability in all client interactions to build trust and loyalty. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless online client service delivery. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service excellence.
Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong research and creativity skills. 3. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in online platforms and social media management. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7.
