Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client inquiries and provide prompt and effective responses. 2. Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Assist clients with account management, payment processing, and other online service-related tasks. 4. Conduct research to identify client needs and preferences, and provide personalized service recommendations. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote online services and enhance the overall client experience. 6. Utilize creativity to enhance online client engagement and drive customer loyalty. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Requirements: - Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong research skills and problem-solving abilities. - Creativity in developing effective client service strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
