Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Entry Level position, the Online Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to online client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. 2. Process online client orders and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 3. Manage online client accounts and update information as needed. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints from online clients in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless online client experience. 6. Utilize critical thinking and innovation to improve online client service processes and procedures. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance online client service.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 4. Strong critical thinking skills and a knack for innovation. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in computer systems and online platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
