Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent online client service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Assist in the development of online client service strategies and initiatives to improve client satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service. 7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members. 8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and creativity in problem-solving. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online client service platforms. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 7. Previous experience in online client service or a related field is required.
