Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Mosaic, a leading company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being confident and resourceful, as well as strong soft skills in presentation and analysis.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Manage and respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and resources. 4. Analyze client feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client service. 7. Assist in developing and implementing online client service strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in online client service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online client service platforms. 6. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
