Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

AbbVie is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigation of online platforms - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor online client activity and identify opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field - Proven experience in online client service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of online platforms and social media tools preferred

Soft skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions
