We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at WEC Energy Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, passionate, and eager to provide excellent online client service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Manage and update client information in our database accurately. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 5. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online client service. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in the implementation of new strategies. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in conducting online research and analyzing data. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 6. Previous experience in online client service is a plus but not required. 7. A passion for providing exceptional service to clients.
