Job Description: Delek US Holdings is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing online assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for clients experiencing issues with our online services. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up with clients as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve the online client experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online client support.
