Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Online Client Support Associate to join our team at TJX in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive shopping experience. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and patience, seeking satisfactory resolutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues, product inquiries, and shipping delays effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality to handle challenging customer interactions with a positive attitude. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer situations effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred. 6. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
