Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Client Support Associate to join our team at Phillips 66 in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support through various online channels. This is a part-time role with a required minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online chat, email, and phone to provide support and address any inquiries or issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to handle client requests and escalations effectively - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong presentation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
