Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:


UGI is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. The Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing online support to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and phone communication - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Identify and escalate priority issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Continuously analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up to date on product and service offerings to better assist clients - Assist with online order processing and account management - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
