Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

The Online Client Support Associate at Western Digital in Montreal, Quebec will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our online clients. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and efficient resolution to any issues or concerns - Manage online chat support to assist clients with their queries or technical difficulties - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any feedback or complaints in a professional and positive manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the client experience and drive engagement - Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide reports on customer feedback and trends


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - Adaptable and able to think creatively to solve problems - Driven and motivated to provide the best possible customer service
